I loved The Be Aware of Real Estate Handbook. It was very informative for me and came in handy when I was getting ready to move to another location. I wanted to sell my house "by owner", and this book gave me information ahead of time of what to look out for, and how to go along with making the deal on selling the house myself, holding papers from the prospective buyer, and to be ahead of the game, making the buyer feel comfortable that I knew what I was doing. There were several different areas in the book that really helped me, and I came through the sale, with flying colors. When it came time for the closing on the house, the buyer had a problem and their lawyers did manage to get it fixed. If I hadn't read The Be Aware of Real Estate Handbook, I would have panicked.
